The data communicated through the support service, is collected with your consent and is intended to support NTRSecurity as the Controller. It may be transmitted to the Data Processor/s who act according to NTRSecurity strict instructions, as well as to NTRSecurity collaborating entities. In this second case, as long as the collaborating entity has signed binding corporate standards, the data may be transferred outside the European Union. The data in this form is collected for the purpose of customer service management, commercial communications and compliance with the regulations applicable to NTRSecurity. The data of your customer account will be kept by NTRSecurity until the deletion of your customer account and during the following thirty-six (36) months. Some data processed for management purposes (for example, invoices) may be longer retained, in accordance with the applicable regulations. You can file a claim with the competent control authority, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition of your personal data for legitimate reasons.
